PhageFundedProjects©

The Global Map of European Funded Bacteriophage Research Projects

A live OpenStreetMap directory of bacteriophage-related projects funded by the European Union and indexed from the European Commission Funding & Tenders Portal. PhageFundedProjects© automatically searches the keywords "bacteriophage" and "phage", aggregates projects from Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, FP7 and other European programmes, and removes duplicate records using unique project identifiers.

Explore funded projects through an interactive world map and detailed project cards including project acronym, full title, programme, topic, coordinator institution, participating countries, start and end dates, EU contribution, project status, abstracts and additional metadata when available. The platform is continuously updated using official European Commission data sources to provide researchers, clinicians, industry professionals and patients with an accessible overview of bacteriophage research funding across Europe.

Developed by The Phage Therapy, PhageFundedProjects© aims to improve the visibility of bacteriophage science, phage therapy innovation and antimicrobial resistance research supported by European funding initiatives, while offering an intuitive and searchable interface for exploring the rapidly expanding ecosystem of phage-related projects.
